1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all logistics services provided by EagleSpeed International Logistics Pvt Ltd (“Company”). By engaging our services, the customer agrees to comply with the terms stated herein.

- Customs Brokerage
- Warehousing & Distribution
- Project Cargo Handling
- NVOCC Operations
- 3PL Logistics
- Export & Import Consolidation
- Stevedoring & Port Services
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are subject to carrier availability, fuel surcharge adjustments, customs duties, taxes, and regulatory changes. Rates may vary due to currency fluctuations or port authority revisions.
4. Customer Obligations
- Provide accurate cargo description and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with export/import regulations.
- Declare hazardous or restricted goods appropriately.
- Indemnify the Company against penalties arising from misdeclaration.
5. Liability Limitation
Liability is governed by applicable international conventions including Hague-Visby Rules, Montreal Convention, or relevant carriage laws. In absence of statutory provisions, liability shall not exceed the freight amount paid for the shipment.
6. Insurance
Cargo insurance is not included unless specifically requested in writing. Customers are advised to obtain full transit insurance coverage for high-value shipments.
7. Transit Time
Delivery schedules are estimates only. The Company is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather disruptions, port congestion, carrier delays, or force majeure events.
8. Payment Terms
Invoices must be settled within agreed credit terms. The Company reserves lien rights over goods until full payment is received. Late payments may incur interest charges.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, or governmental restrictions.
10. Governing Law
Contracts executed in India shall be governed by Indian law. Contracts executed in the UK shall be governed by UK law. Disputes shall be subject to respective jurisdictional courts.
